Prophetic Training - Phase 1

Saturday, October 21 - 1pm to 4pm

The Heart of the Prophet:

Jesus said, “I and my Father are one.” We must become one with God. As God’s mouthpiece, we

are called to proclaim the heart and the mind of Christ in the earth realm. Therefore, we must

have God’s heart and know His mind. This session will examine the heart of the Prophet.

Prophetic Seasons:

As prophetic men and women of God who are called to speak the oracles of God in the earth, we

must be mindful to operate in God’s kairos (perfect) timing. In the natural, the seasons are in a

particular order, and so it is in the spiritual. “The spiritual did not come first, but the natural, and

after that the spiritual” (1 Corinthians 15:46 NIV). This session is designed to train the student to

distinguish the cadence of God; His timing and seasons, not only for our lives, but for the lives of

the people God has entrusted us to minister unto.

Saturday, October 28 - 1pm to 4pm

Prophetic Walk:

As we examine Elijah and Elisha’s prophetic journey, our prophetic walk and encounters through

Gilgal, Bethel, Jericho, and Jordan are necessary for prophetic development and spiritual growth.

At Gilgal, the “stones” of a painful past are rolled away. At Bethel, we enter true worship and

worship propels us into the realm of prophecy. At Jericho, the “walls” obey our prophetic sound.

Finally, Jordan is a place of miracles, signs, and wonders. It is a place where God divides the

“waters” in order to reach the fulfillment of His promises. Prophetic mantles are released at Jordan.

Saturday, November 18 - 1pm to 4pm

A Seed Planted:

God has placed His seed in you because He trusts the ground (your spirit) in which the seed has

been planted. When the prophetic seed has been planted in your spirit by God, your first

responsibility is to submit to the growing stages. I’ve never seen a seed uproot itself from the

ground, as that is out of order with the law of nature. During the growing stages of processing and

preparation, God is teaching us how to love as He loves. He’s teaching us how to study to be quiet.

He’s teaching us how to depend on Him to supply all of our needs. This session will examine the

revelation of the “seed” in great detail.

Saturday, December 2 - 1pm to 4pm

Spiritual Covering:

Pastors cover us in prayer continuously. The pastor’s covering is there to protect us during our

maturing process. True shepherds (pastors) hurt when one sheep has gone astray and will leave

everything to go after that one misguided sheep. The Word of God warns us to beware of the

wolves that are dressed in sheep’s clothing, and as we are growing in the prophetic, we need an

“Eli” to help us discern His voice clearly. This session will highlight the importance of having a

spiritual covering to hide and protect us during our development phase and even beyond.

Prophetic Temperament:

Our greatest challenge as a child of God is the mastering of self. When we accept Jesus as Savior,

our unregenerate spirit is reborn, and we become new creations in Him. God has done a perfect

work in us; however, our soul and body are another matter. The soul is the seat of our mind, will,

and emotions. Every thought that enters our mind, travels through the soul and affects the body.

As prophets and prophetic people, it is extremely important to guard our thoughts. In this session,

we will stress the importance of prophesying from the heart of God and not the height of our

emotions.
